When can I watch live2air?
live2air is a gate to gate service. You will be able to view all 24 FOXTEL/Austar channels from the moment you take your seat. Check out what is available this month!How will I know how to use the system?
The V-licious menu in your seat pocket will provide you with the necessary steps to guide you through using live2air. If you need any help, remember to ask the crew.
How do I pay?
live2air can be purchased from the moment you board by swiping your credit card. If you do not have a credit card then the Cabin Crew will come through the cabin accepting cash payments and activating the system for you shortly after take off.
What about Unaccompanied Minors?

Virgin Australia has no control over the content of the channels broadcast by FOXTEL/Austar. If you wish to turn the system off, you can do so by dimming the brightness button.Since it is broadcast live from the satellite, will there be any interruptions?
The in-flight signal may be lost in turbulence, certain weather conditions and/or if the aircraft is banking.Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No, once you have purchased the service you have it until you arrive at the gate at your destination.Is live2air available on Pacific Blue flights?
DigEplayers are offered on most Pacific Blue flights, however there are a limited number of Pacific Blue destinations where live2air and pay-per-view movies may be offered.
