Opening: Hours Pacific Blue counters open 2.5 hours prior to departure and staff are available during these hours to process bookings and changes.

Taxi: Taxis are readily available outside the International Terminal.

International Terminal Transfer: Melbourne International terminal is located in the main terminal. No shuttle is available as it is a short walk from the Domestic Terminal.
